About your instructor
I teach yoga because I needed it first.
My story is one of dis-ease, not feeling like enough, and finding my way back to myself — and now I get to help others do the same.
Where it all began
For years, I lived the way a lot of us do — moving fast, saying yes to everything, and treating rest as something to earn. I was productive, capable, and quietly exhausted. Yoga found me at a moment when I didn't have much left to give.
Restorative Yoga, specifically, changed everything. Not because it was easy — but because it asked me to stop. To be still. To let my nervous system remember what safety felt like. It was the most challenging and most healing thing I'd ever done.
I became a certified instructor because I wanted to share that invitation. Whether you're a corporate team running on fumes or a community member craving connection — this practice is for you.
My teaching philosophy
Rest is not passive. It's the practice.
Accessible to all
No flexibility required. No experience needed. Restorative Yoga meets you exactly where you are — on the mat, in a chair, or on the floor.
Nervous system first
Every class is designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system — the rest-and-digest state that most of us rarely access in modern life.
Community over competition
This is not a performance. There are no poses to master, no benchmarks to hit. We gather, we breathe, we restore — together.
